Wednesday, February 23, 2022 - Medium body with light tannin structure, very tight at opening, high acidity and no discernable tannin structure. Left a glass for about an hour and bright red fruits began to develop, with little improvement on the tannin structure of the wine. Some slight development over the next hour as we sipped through the bottle, but an otherwise underwhelming wine.
