Wednesday, July 20, 2011 - Rose Wine Dinner at Meritage (Meritage, St. Paul): Light orange salmon solor. Nose is red berries, mineral, yeast. The palate is consistent, criisp refreshing, strawberry, mineral, a touch of bitterness. Very tasty, I always enjoy this rose sparkler, great QPR and a crowd pleaser.
