Wednesday, November 3, 2021 - Birthdays and Bolognese (My place, Portland OR): Nose: From the get go, this is so balanced and aromatic with red apples, spiced pears, meyer lemons, warm dough, pastry tones, biscuits, brioche, quince, yellow flowers, mineral notes, and some custard. There is excellent depth and the tones have melded together beautifully into a seamless quality.

Taste: The feel is Medium bodied with crisp, high acidity. There is excellent depth, texture, and balance showing off the class that this possesses. The tones of red apples, spiced pears, quince, meyer lemons, custard, brioche, warm dough, and yellow flowers.

Overall: This is just in a beautiful place as it is moving into the more mature phase while still showing off a lot of freshness. Everything is right in balance at this time and it is in a perfect window for drinking.
