Medium-bodied, with a texture that can only be described as liquid silk, loaded with dark fruits, earth, mineral, and a touch of mint. Very long on the finish, with very fine grained tannins arriving quite late. Yet another outstanding Pinot Noir from Paul Lato, now squarely in its sweet spot.
