Sunday, November 18, 2012 - Bright fruit, rubber, burnt something or other, toast I suppose, plus hints of a darker element - earth? or pine perhaps - on the nose which distinguishes it, just about, from a good Chianti Classico. Silky, medium-bodied palate with rubbery tannins and a bitter, somewhat short finish.
