Monday, August 16, 2021 - The wine is medium ruby with developed medium minus aromas of violet, raspberry red currant red cherry red plum strawberry vanilla charred wood, tar, chocolate, and tobacco. This is a dry wine with medium intensity flavors and medium body high acidity medium tannins and high alcohol. This wine has primary flavors of red cherry, red currant, strawberry and cranberry and secondary flavors of vanilla, charred wood, and chocolate. Tertiary flavors of tar and tobacco also noted. This wine has a medium + finish and is a very good quality wine. This wine should be drunk now and not suitable for aging.
