Monday, October 23, 2023 - (Disgorged in December 2022, base year 2019 with reserves from 2018-2012, 100% Pinot Noir, dosage 6,5 gr/l)
Youthful nose with red apples, minerals and some gingerbread. Smoothing red apples acidity on the palate with an intense mid and finish showing a distinct lime zest bitterness.
(Probably best with 3-6 years extra cellaring)
