Tuesday, July 9, 2019 - Dom Perignon and 3 1999 Red Burgundy (Yan's China Bistro, Walnut Creek, Ca.): Nose of sweet and sour fruit, black cherry, red cherry, and mocha, nose needed a lot of coaxing which hurt the score, same on the palate, big body, tasty, sweet taste, lovely fruit, almost mouth filling and a long finish.
