Thursday, January 13, 2022 - Medium oxblood. Took only 30 minutes to be fully open. There’s intense garrigue on the nose and intense freshness too. Along with rusty iron, freshly poured asphalt and black cherry. Silky, savory, dark and brooding. Lavender and rosemary stand out on the long, seductive finish. Love it!
