Saturday, June 27, 2015 - Subdued nose, with a slight dried apricot, brown sugar, vanilla bean, but not any ripe fruit; has an ethanol aspect; mouth is creamy, rich, medium+ heavy on the palate, but wonderful in its balance; unfolds on the palate with bitter almond, apricot pit, dried straw. Low acidity, medium long finish with slight bitterness. Love this, really classic. 13% alc.
