Saturday, January 3, 2015 - It takes a while before it opens up, but when it does it´s generous and fruity (grape, lemon, pineapple) with a touch of minerals and white flowers at the end. On the palate it´s just as generous, with a good, silky, smooth body, refreshing acidity, and a fair amount of lemon and exotic fruit. The finish is more than ok with some minerals right at the end. I think this wine will develop even further, and for the better, for some years yet.
To an "Arroz de tamboril" - a lovely match!
