Friday, November 16, 2012 - Opened up to a nose of flowers and ripe, red fruit. Young and tight, red-fruited palate with firm tannins and not much of mineral mark the first half hour. With more air, gentle, elegant garden fruit, notably strawberry, emerging along with chalk and mineral tones. There's a hint of orange peel and cranberry as well which makes my mind wander to Jura. Absolutely beautiful after a couple of hours. Something to buy by the case.
