Day 3. Wow, beautiful cherry and raspberry fruit aromas. Soft cinnamon expression. Fine grained texture to the palate with a modestly waxy fruit appeal. Not super floral tonight, but also lacking much of any greenness. A seemless, yet refreshing balance, that doesn't draw any attention to its acid. Dare I say, it's this kind of showing that makes me love Lapierre wines so much.
