Tuesday, December 24, 2013 - Opened for 90-minutes, then put in fridge for 10-minutes to bring it down to the low 60s. What a revelation. On the nose, demure but inviting. This is a totally integrated wine; every aspect in perfect balance with the others. No intrusive heat and just enough alcohol to remind you that this is an adult's pleasure. And the fruit, present but not overwhelming. A wonderful wine!

P.S. Papies, my back label omits the advice yours gave you about consuming withing 5-years of bottling. But it sounds reasonable.
