Sunday, March 16, 2014 - - Ruby color with fast forming legs. It's balanced with a light/medium body. Juicy texture with a medium finish - Wonderful Beaujoulais which went perfectly both with a Japanese mussel and noodle soup, as well as with some teppanyaki beef.
