Saturday, July 26, 2014 - cherry, chrysthanthemum and mineral aromas. More mineral than fruit expressed in the nose. Palate shows such a guzzle-able concentrate and acid balance.
Day 3. WOW. Wild berry aromas, unlike Lapierre I remember. Concentrated and fleshy on the nose and palate.. bursting red berry fruit aromas. Palate is solid, dark and waxy red berry, not so identifiable berry, wild berry. Pomegranate? The fleshy sweetness of Luxardo Maraschino cherries, but not the cherry part, perhaps.
In Canada.
