Friday, February 26, 2016 - PnP: Bright red cherry fruit on the nose, with some moist soil, a hint of cooking spice, and a slight vanillin note.
The palate is simple yet delicious, and just gorgeous, showing bursting red cherry fruit, followed closely by sappy, deep plum flavors, then menthol, and wet gravel.
Silky smooth tannins, tense acidity, and a fairly long and quite pleasing finish.
Drink now through 2022+. Delicious.
