3/28/2018 6:43:00 PM - My experience: drink the N bottles upon release and the S bottles with bottle age. On release the difference between both is quite stark, with fresher fruit on the N. After 5 years the good N bottles (good luck with that) are in my opinion almost indistinguishable from the S bottles.
