Wednesday, July 13, 2022 - Dark cherry, rhubarb, sarsaparilla, black olive. High toned with black fruits, tapenade, balsamic vinegar, and herbs. Still displaying a carbonic signature, I found it more enjoyable after a good shake. Should maintain for the next handful of years.
