Had this as my pairing for a Chocolate Cake wt Dewars Raspberry Sauce at a tasting event. Great choice. Cocoa finish & small traces of tannins were perfect for the dessert. Wine worked well wt food & works well alone. Guests at dinner loved it, but who doesn't love PlumpJack!!??
