Saturday, November 17, 2018 - Fabulous on its own, and fabulous with some gougeres, the 2007 Chetillons is in the zone right now. It’s bright, focused, racy, toasty, and has a solid core that expands to be completely mouth filling as it goes to the egg bread toast finish. It’s quite extraordinary.
