Friday, March 27, 2020 - Decanted for two hours. Showing signs of age but retaining a fresh, juicy acidity. Aromas of cherry, apricot and rhubarb. Herbaceous with notes of spice, earth, and umami. Flavors of tart cherry, cranberry, and orange peel. Light bodied with soft and silky tannins and a medium finish of bright acidity.
