Saturday, February 13, 2021 - Highly reductive nose, started out like a nice vegetable soup(I quite enjoy this). After an hour or two this blew off. Very weighty and concentrated on the palette with very ripe or bruised pear or yellow apple. Some nuttiness on the finish, and some grip too. Light delicate creaminess later on as well.
