Saturday, October 10, 2020 - Traditional comes to mind. It’s very much NOT about the process which is transparent here. This is the pure roasted slope of cornas in a perfectly balanced way, fresh fruit and dried flowers with a meatiness to match. Terroir is present and clear. This is a classic.
