The sweetness was spot on to my tastes but maybe a hint of tart grapefruit or something that I'm not a fan of, some type of flavor note that I've associate with an SB before. Overall the wine was decent and good for the price, just not my favorite Reisling to date. Paired well nice salad and chicken tossed in a sweet and spicy Asian sauce (BW3's Asian Zing). Also went well the next day with turkey meatballs, stuffed mushrooms and spaghetti squash with herbs and Parmesan.
