Sunday, September 24, 2023 - Dark deep rich eucalyptus and menthol. Intense sweet smoky treacle with notes of sage and black pepper. Full bodied, long and complex. Tannins softened now. Drink now, will endure for another decade.

The Mount Edelstone vineyard was planted in 1912, 106 year old vines, 40 acres. Yield decreases in old vines, the berries get smaller but can still support a number of bunches.
