Thursday, December 31, 2009 - Another surprise from a dear friend's basement. The fill was bottom of the neck. Color was amazing, with no sign of bricking even at the edge of the glass. Nose was somewhat muted except for the funk of its age. Decanted and poured, the funk disappeared within a few minutes to reveal a rich cab that belied its age. For anyone who thinks Cali Cabs can't age - your wrong.
