Wednesday, March 20, 2013 - Made in Burgundy from Pinot Beurot, one of many independent color mutations of Pinot Noir collectively known as Pinot Gris. Light gold color with a hint of salmon. Nose of peach, citrus, honey, and flowers. Flavorful palate of crisp peach, lime, butter, & minerals. Excellent length. Vibrant, food-friendly acidity. Lots of personality. I've never seen a Pinot Gris this color.
