Monday, June 30, 2014 - A different take on rose. Medium body, bit of yeasty bread, hint of toffee, spritz. Interesting taste mid-palette we couldn't identify. Nice acid. It's low alcohol (11%) and a slow drinker. Serve this at 55F or a touch colder.
