Saturday, March 7, 2020 - Light-medium brassy in color. Full, forward & aromatic nose of some citrus notes, orange rind & raisins, caramel & toffee overtones, coconut, minerals, spices notes of cinnamon, nutmeg & ginger & a hint of vanilla/oak in the background. Full bodied with a very good concentration of well balance & smooth textured, flavors of orange, some citrus, with caramel, toffee notes, spices, some sweetenss & a hint of vanilla/oak. Long lingering finish. Drinks quite well straight up, but seems to burst forth with a splash of water or a bit of ice. An excellent Bourbon well worth seeking out & sampling.
