Monday, June 18, 2007 - Danny's leaving dinner (again) (Crown Wine Cellars, Hong Kong): Fresh nose with some herbs, went a little varnishy for a while though then floral notes. Hints of burnt chocolate, tar, tobacco and gravel. Served blind but missed this one, thought it was a Graves.
