Friday, August 30, 2013 - The nose of this wine was the most interesting progression I've had in a while. First caught a sent of lavender and mint but as it began to breath it became a bitter coffee finally it developed into a sister of a sour Belgian beer-- la folie from New Belgium brewery. I don't like coffee but don't mind the sour beers. This bottle may have been corked, but I doubt it.. Let it breath and approach with an open mind. Very interesting.
