Friday, February 7, 2020 - Wonderful stuff! After finishing my various 20 year old Cru-Beaujolais I decided to begin opening up the next generation - my 10+ year olds. This Saint-Amour was drinking spot on. Still bright and supple enough to be youthful but with the kind of depth and nuance that comes from a few more years of bottle age. Maybe its just me, but I have been very lucky/successful in storing and ageing various Cru Beaujolais and I encourage everyone I know with a decent cellar to give it a try.
