Sunday, March 17, 2024 - Spectacular! Wine of the night even against a top line-up of 2010 Cote Roties from Guigal and Rostaing. Beautiful golden yellow. All the waxy and richness of the Hermitage but a beautiiful lemon core that brought freshness. The nose is full of honeysuckle, vanilla and abricots transports you. Rhone whites are so special and this was particularly good. Served from magnum bottle and not decanted but opened 2 hours before serving.
