Tuesday, December 11, 2012 - Nice pink/salmon color, Nice aromatic nose of strawberry, ever so light herbal and banana. Light mouthfeel and body, refreshing, light berry and melon flavors, strong acid bite and desert dry. Does have a touch of heat on the end. Overall, this is touch light for me, I like fuller bodied rose. It is well made and really nice. Not the best QPR, def paying for the name.

This got better as it warmed, I recommend serving at slightly under cellar temp, say 50 deg. F. I also recommend decanting this. It got MUCH better after 2 hrs.
