Wednesday, September 11, 2013 - Based on the smell, I would've guessed it was a Pinot Noir. Raspberry jam, cooked cherries on the nose. On the palette I didn't get a lot of flavor, kind of flat. Like a really dry pinot noir. Too acidic.

Not at all what I expect an Australian Shiraz to taste like.
