Monday, May 14, 2018 - Medium ruby to garnet color. Aromas of earthy funk, dirty root vegetables, like a bag full of goods from the farmer's market, cinnamon, cedar, clove, cola, and dried spice drawer. Light to medium body, medium (+) acidity and length, with flavors of dark red fruits, orange peel, black tea, and cola. I like it.
