I think it won the red of the evening, against a brutal 96 chapelle, we had it with fillet and mushroom sauce, and for a very short time it transported me back 40 years. Forest floor and cherry in a elegant way, persistency and harmonious not dominant. Fun to try, the colour was fading copper so you knew it was on its last legs.
