On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium- alcohol, medium body. Medium flavor intensity, with flavours of lemon, lime, and some limestone minerality. Taste profile became more flat with more air.
Acceptable quality. Can drink now, and will be interesting to see if this improves over the next 2 years, or maybe it won't.
