Medium body, bright golden with greenish tints color. Elegant apples, citrus peel, acacia and petrol notes aroma. Dominant green apples palate, long citrus finish. Crisp, still refreshing and enjoyable, complex, well balanced and lovely level of acidity. Food friendly, best match is oysters or clams, tasted with grilled salmon. Serve 10º - 12º. Don’t need aeration. Drink now.

Very light yellow in color. Lots of acid and gravel on the palate after a nose with a hint of honey. Very dry and clean with a long finish, LOTS of acid. So dry hard to pick as a reisling. Good alone, but better with food. Did not pick up any complexity or much fruit through that acid.

WSET Level 3 Session 3 (WSET): Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Legs. Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of green apple and citrusy lemon-lime. Something not quite right also, and there was a question of whether there was too much sulphur. With more air, a light floral note developed. ?Developing. On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium- alcohol, medium body. Medium flavor intensity, with flavours of lemon, lime, and some limestone minerality. Taste profile became more flat with more air. Acceptable quality. Can drink now, and will be interesting to see if this improves over the next 2 years, or maybe it won't.

A very high acid zesty white, needs the right food or could sear your palate a tad :)
