Sunday, November 1, 2015 - Very light yellow in color. Lots of acid and gravel on the palate after a nose with a hint of honey. Very dry and clean with a long finish, LOTS of acid. So dry hard to pick as a reisling. Good alone, but better with food. Did not pick up any complexity or much fruit through that acid.
