Saturday, August 17, 2019 - Opened a bottle yesterday from my cellar in pristine conditions. It simply jumped out the gates ,, peaking after 5 minutes,, the wine of the night, month and maybe year,, already developing tertiary aromas, orange peel, toasted almonds and brioche was easy to identify ,, it is a oaky white wine but it is a really bargain and real treat. Drink now or wait ,,
