Sunday, June 30, 2013 - Plum, cherry, spice, and some red meat on the nose. It's medium in weight on the palate, showing a touch of sour cherry syrup, black pepper, herbs, and spicy oak. Finishes dry, with some heat but good persistance. Another winner from Bedrock, and fairly priced.
