Tuesday, August 25, 2015 - Pop and pour, consumed over 2 days. My experience with Bedrock zins have been mixed. This bottle seemed slightly more restrained and acidic. These were both vast improvements from some of their other zins which I found to be downright jammy. There is a lot of red fruit, and a lot of zippy acidity on the back end to keep the flavors in check. I enjoyed this.
