Saturday, October 22, 2022 - Denver Wine Group Round 3 (Max's House): Pinot WOTN. Drank over several hours. Did not seem to improve significantly in that time, the biggest change was in the first 15-20 minutes after pouring into decanter. Decanting necessary for sediment.

Soft, but structured. Great acidity, would be comfortable pairing it with just about anything that pinot usually stands up to. Flavor is mellow, but present. Red-brown fruited, the cherry is still there.

Drink now.
