Friday, September 11, 2015 - Delicious and rich while achieving a harmonious balance of relatively muted fruit, floral and mineral notes with the wee bit thick, oily viscosity you would expect from a M/R dominant mix. The best white I've had from Paso. Opened next to a Sanguis white blend, compared to which the Booker was leaps better.
