At Post Ranch -- no formal notes, but part of a compare/contrast with Tablas Creek's white. Not much of a nose, but a very deep wine, much structure to it, went very well with salmon. Not as fruity or floral as the Tablas, but just as excellent.

Delicious and rich while achieving a harmonious balance of relatively muted fruit, floral and mineral notes with the wee bit thick, oily viscosity you would expect from a M/R dominant mix. The best white I've had from Paso. Opened next to a Sanguis white blend, compared to which the Booker was leaps better.

Popped, poured, drank over 2 nights. Was a bit concerned after reading some recent reviews, but I found the wine lovely. Nice fruit profile, flowery aromas, and a long, smooth finish.

I have to say i was a bit disappointed in this wine. I think it lacks depth, richness and balance that i have found in Southern Rhone whites will similar grape composition. uninteresting and a bit flat.

Tasted side by side with the same wine from the 2013 vintage that had been opened a couple of nights earlier. Not a lot of difference.
