Wednesday, December 16, 2015 - Casual sip at B&B. Pop and poured.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of slight salty minerality, green apples. Developed.
On the palate, dry, medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium- body. Medium- flavour intensity, with flavours of sour green apples, slight salty minerality, mild nut. Bordering on neutrality. Medium- finish.
Not enough acidity, not enough flavour. Drink up. If you have even bothered to read this tasting note, please look elsewhere for better examples of Chablis.
