Thursday, October 29, 2015 - A private dinner (Restaurant Rosin **, Dorsten, Germany): Playful, firm and spicy mineral core, herbs, lovely sweetness from the ripe fruit, juicy acidity is perhaps slightly soft, very individual, very Marienburg, lovely tension, light but intense, dances across the palate, finishes with a veritable fruit basket, very good length. Stylish but slightly low in energy.
