Saturday, October 31, 2015 - Remarkably different from my last tasting note of '14. At that point, the piney, resinous notes prominent at release were already receding. Now they're gone. Has matured into a really classy Burgundy, with gold hue, nice nuttiness and no premox to be found. Bit of honey emerging. Just a nice middleweight. Not sure if it will continue to age this gracefully but this is sipping nicely, especially for the price.
